April Fools and AI

So I lost my camera battery charger the other day. Do you know what that means? Not only can I not take pictures and videos... I can't put the pictures that were on my camera on my computer. So my pictures from this past weekend and the story to go with them will have to wait until I find it. Which I hope will be soon, but I've looked ALL over my whole house and it is no where to be found.

So this morning I woke up to mike sprinting across the bedroom to turn off my cell phone alarm. After he got it turned off I asked him if he could hand it to me (it was on the floor on the other side of the night stand, which is a really weird place for it.) He acted like he didn't hear me at first, so I asked again and he hesitantly handed it to me. I looked at it and it said 6:00 am... then I looked at the clock on my iHome and it said 6:35... I had a moment of confession as to what time it really was. I decided my phone was write and told Mike not to look at the time on the iHome that it was wrong. He kinda made a funny noise them said "Stupid cell phone, ruined my prank." I was so confused what was he talking about... them I got it, it was April Fools day and Mike does enjoy his tricks. lol. So it all made since. He had set the clock forward 35 min and since he knew I used my cell to check the time. He put it in an inconvenient place so I wouldn't bother to look at it. Little trickster. So- I thought I'd be all smug and put tape over the bathroom sink so it would spray on him. lol. Well lets just say that was a failed attempt. Oh well maybe next year we'll get it all right. All it all it was a funny morning. Hopefully he doesn't try anything else.

Now for some more of my thought on American Idol. I was an avid viewer of the show when it started what like 9 years ago. But I thought it got kinda old and haven't watched it much since. Then for some reason his season I started watching it with Mike. I've really enjoyed it. And I have a confession to make. I really like Adam Lambert.... there I said it. I never like the "grunge" or whatever look her wears. I'm a clean cut type of girl. I like a guy whole just looks wholesome, you know? So people like Danny Gokey and Kris Allen. But let me tell you... This Adam guy can sing. Talk about artistry and musical talent. I Love him. Kris and Danny are great, but they just don't compare... so now have found myself routing for someone I never would have though. This blows my mind! I wonder who is blowing all of you other AI fans minds!
